Here are some notes and rules to follow:

• If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact me and I'll happily arrange it for you.
• You can request extra linen and towels for an additional charge of £30 without having to arrange a cleaning, please contact me about that. If you use clean linen that you found inside the place, I reserve the right to charge you £30 per pack.
• Please do not move any furniture in the flat. If you did move it, please return it to the original spot upon check out. If the furniture was moved and not returned to original spot, penalty of £100 will apply. 
• You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. Never go out without keys as you won't be able to get back inside without them. Please, never leave the place open.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property, if cigarette ends or other signs of smoking are found after your stay, we will claim up to £500 from the security deposit.
• I respect my neighbors, so please don't be too loud. No noise or loud music after 9pm.
• Please be careful not to scratch the floor.
• Pets are not allowed.

• There is a penalty of £500 if a party is detected at the property.

• Please note that if you arrive after 9pm, there is an additional fee.
• If you experience any issues with WiFi, such as low speed or poor signal, please try to reset the router, it should resolve the issue. If it doesn't help, please contact me and I will be able to help you.
• Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited.
• I will be available from 10am to 9pm via the Airbnb portal. Please message me there if you need any help and I will get back to you as soon as possible! 
• If the guest forgets an item at the property and requests that it be sent to them by mail, a £30 (does not include postage charges) will be charged. The fee will be payable before the item is sent, and the host reserves the right to refuse to send items that are not of significant value or importance. The host is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping, and the guest assumes all liability for the item once it has been sent.

I might ask you to vacate the property if you breach these rules.
