Troubleshooting: if you there are any issues with WiFi, please try to reload the router. (Turn the router off for around 10 seconds and turn it on again).

The router is located in the 

Boiler/heating

The hot water should be on at all times, you can find the boiler in the right hand top cupboard in the kitchen. If the hot water is not working and the boiler is flashing with 'L2' then you can reset the water using the dial that is furthest to the right. Turn it clockwise until it points to the word 'RESET' and let go. It should take a few minutes to heat the water up after this. To operate the heating you can turn it on by the dial in the hallway by the front door .


Please DO NOT turn off the switch on the right hand side closest to the microwave.

If there is no power/lighting in all flat or partially, please check if all the switches are switched on.

Important

1. Please take shoes off inside the flat 

2. Please make sure all doors and windows are locked before leaving the property 

3. Please do not use the shower in the en-suite bathroom as it floods the downstairs neighbours 

4. Please do not have parties or large gatherings 

5. Please try to keep the noise down in the weekday evenings as my neighbours have work 

6. Please turn the heating off before leaving the flat

Rubbish disposal

Bins should be put out on Tuesday Evenings. The bins on the left hand side (when looking out from the property) are shared with the downstairs neighbours. Kitchen caddy - this is for food waste and goes in the small brown food waste bin with 143 B written on it 2 x kitchen bins - one should be used for recycling and one for normal waste. Normal waste goes in the black bin outside and recycling goes in the green bin outside.

 Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 AM


→ Leave the key in the lockbox and jumble the numbers on it afterwards. There will be a charge for a new lockbox if the numbers will not be jumbled.
